MIJC Meeting Minutes: August 1st, 2015 at Dream Hut in Bartonville, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $2031.75

Ending: $1866.75

Income – Dues from new members

Expenses – $200 for food at Duke’s 4th of July trip

Old business

There was a trip scheduled to the Cliffs on July 18th but due to rain that resulted in very muddy conditions at the Cliffs the trip was moved to the Badlands on the 25th. Larry Haas, John Geiselman and others went; had a good time.

New business

The annual Hog Eat is August 15h. Please respond to Jill Martin asap if you plan to attend (and have not yet done so).

Over Labor Day weekend (September 5 & 6th) there is a trip to Wheelin World in Hot Springs, Ar. Watch the forum for information.

There is a trip to the Badlands September 19th. As usual, watch the forum for more information.

There are no wheeling trips for the month of August, but if you are interested in a trip just post on the forum and see if you can get a group organized.
