Have to Thank Jeff Fitch for his post on Facebook of a Jeep Kart body in Bloomington Cragslist
I can't let something like that not be used
found a Go Kart outside St Louis, had to cut down the wheelbase 3 inches to match the body
took pic's of Jeep decal and grill, had print shop print new decals
added supports and a roll bar
headlights are in the works

Re: Jeep Wanabe
Some lighting ideas for you... the headlights I used on Thomas’ Power Wheels Jeep were these crazy-bright 3” 1-watters. The description says work light but they definitely have a focused beam like a headlight.

I had to get creative with the mounts so the lights would be flush with the grille. The lights cannot be disassembled.
For brake lights I used 2” rounds... the grommets made them easy to install with no hardware.

The turn signals and side markers were these... again with grommets for easy surface-mount installation:

The size on all these looks about right. The go-cart looks a bit larger but these would be close, size-wise.
