Dave has mentioned the possibility of holding the meeting in December via Zoom. It's all the rage these days!
Members, please respond to the poll.
Dave, if you need to rescind this offer then, please let me know.

Re: December Meeting via Zoom Poll
I have Zoom Pro (no time limit/participant limit) through my work. The offer stands... I'm happy to host it if that's the way we want to go.
If you've not used Zoom before, it's pretty easy. A regular web link will be distributed via email sometime before the meeting. When it's time, simply follow the link. If you don't already have Zoom installed, it will walk you through the process then join the meeting. You do not need to sign up for an account, but you can if you want to host your own meetings. Free accounts can host a 40-minute meeting. You can also download and install the client ahead of time here (use the "Zoom Client for Meetings" button).
There are also free apps available for iOS and Android if you would rather use a mobile device. They can be found in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Re: December Meeting via Zoom Poll
I think that a zoom meeting is our best option at the moment. As Dave as pointed out, we are bound by our bylaws. Hopefully next year we will be able to do more.
