yes, I vote for having the video(s) playing at the show, they were a great attention getter last year.

I would also agree to show the video, I was just thinking if any one who has a Jeep in the show and I have some PIC's of them and they want to put up a board by their rig I would make some up. Maybe I am thinking to much, oh well, it just sounds like fun and I do need some of that :)

Yes, we will do the video just like we have done for the past years. I will have flyers at the table. It will all be taken care of. We will vote on the Jeeps at the Inspections. I have writen down all the people that have said they want their Jeeps in the show. I will also be making a sheet for volunteers and have it at the Inspections.

I would like to recommend either 2 tv's to run the video on or 1 bigger tv. In years past, we have used a tiny 14 inch tv. Someone can do without their 27 inch tv for a weekend can't they. It is always fun to watch the "typical family" walk by...... Dad and kids stop to watch the video while mom keeps walking not realizing the rest of the family has stopped. On the other hand I get sick of hearing, "A Hummer could do that better Dude!" In the past we have gained members from this event and I would like to see us put forth an organzied effort to make this event a complete success.

Did anybody mention Duke's TJ? John B's green flattie? Frasers J-truck.... that's another safety hazzard!

I have a spare 27" tv if you need it, just need to turn it on and see if it still works. FREEBEE.
Proudly sponsored by Champion, Fram and Pennzoil for the 2019 wheeling season.

That being said, I wouldn't discourage anyone from making their volunteer time unique. We are, after all, a social club and anything that helps you to interact with the people at the show would be a good thing.

Big D (or anyone), if you had pictures that showed the progression from stock to mud-killer (either in an album or on a board)...or any other ideas that you can bring along when you "man the post" this year...would be great.

Although the station may be the same old, don't be afraid to contribute in a unique way while you are there.

I don't think I said don't do anything on your own. People were asking about the video, and I stated that it will be at the show, and I stated that I have flyers. John Bruder was kind enough to update them for me. If you want todo a picture board, sounds good. You can do whatever you want.

We did count the ballots on Saturday, but I forgot who were the top3. I know all the Jeeps listed had votes. I will post back tonight with the results.
