Old Business

The 2014 Calendar of Events is now approved. Run's at Duke's Offroad Ranch were added. April and July's meetings were moved back 1 week. The regular indoor meetings were switch to EP's Time Out in East Peoria.

New Business

Elections of new officers for 2014 - President Sally Evans, Secretary Frank Struwe, and Events Coordinator Al Wallace

Annual Banquet will be saturady January 11th, 2014 at the American Legion in Pekin at 7:00pm.
Jon and Jill will be hosting a Pre-party at their home.
Jan and Dan Brown will be providing the meat for the dinner. A motion was made and passed to reimburse them for the cost of meat after the banquet.
Please bring a side dish or dessert to share for the dinner.
Please return your RSVP by January 1st, 2014. Cost is $5.00 per person

A motion was made and passed to spend $1000.00 on door prizes for the Annual Banquet.

Membership renewals are due by January 31st, 2014 $30.00. There is a $10.00 late fee after this date.

There was discussion about increasing our contribution for the Louie Louie Parade next year.
