MIJC Meeting Minutes: May 2nd, 2015 at Our Inn Place in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $2,124.45

Ending: $2,124.45

No change to treasury this month.

Old business

There was a trip to the Cliffs on April 25th. Todd & Kathy Watkins and Kenny attended. Bit if rain but a good time was reported.

New business

The Big Trip for 2015 is to Harlan, Kentucky from May16th through the 25th. It is still possible for those not planning to attend for the full week to join the club either weekend of this trip (the 16th or the 23rd), but if you plan to do so you need to arrange your own accommodations for the weekend.

May 22nd is the annual Louie-Louie parade to support St. Jude Foundation. Watch forum for information on where to meet for the parade. If you join be sure to bring lots of candy to throw to the crowd.
