MIJC Meeting Minutes: October 3rd, 2015 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1691.75

Ending: $1691.75

No change to account balance.

Old business

There was a trip to the Badlands September 19th. Good turnout.

New business

The weekend of October 10th is a scheduled trip to Potowatomi in Fulton, Mo. There is a thread started on the forum; post if you are interested in attending.

There is a trip to the Badlands November 14th. Watch forum for information.

Nominations for President, Secretary and Events Coordinator will occur during the November meeting. After the November meeting all nominations will be closed.

A tentative schedule for 2016 will be presented during the November meeting.

Please be sure to get all 2015 video and pictures to Jon Martin, Frank Struwe or Dave Lennie asap. Currently there is not enough pictures and video material for an end of the year video.

Next Meeting November 7th, 2015 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois at noon.
