MIJC Meeting Minutes: December 5th, 2015 at Avanti’s in Pekin, Illinois

Treasurer's Report

Starting: $1,691.75

Ending: $2,068.55

Income from t-shirt sales.

Old business

There was a trip to the Badlands November 14th. Good turnout with excellent weather.

There is also a trip to Flat Nasty Thanksgiving weekend on November, 27th. Despite a lot of rain on Friday, Saturday was a good day of wheeling at Flat Nasty.

New business

A motion was passed to approve all of the nominated officers positions of Jon Martin for President, Al Wallace for Events Coordinator, Frank Struwe for Secretary, and Jill Martin for Treasurer.

A motion was passed for $1000 to be used for door prizes at the Annual Dinner.

A motion was passed to pay the fee (of $200 which will be returned the evening of the event) to have the Annual Dinner at the American Legion in Pekin, Il.

A motion was passed to approve the 2016 schedule.

Club members may start paying 2016 dues now. Each existing member has until January 31st to pay 2016 dues, and after that date a late fee of $10 will be applied to the dues per Bylaw Article 3, Section E, subsection 4.

There are no trips planned for December but with such mild weather, if there is an interest post on the forum and go!

Next Meeting is the Annual Dinner on January 23rd, 2016 at the American Legion in Pekin, Illinois at 6:00 pm.
