Apologies for the delay:
MIJC Meeting Minutes February 2021
Old Business:
Treasurers Report: No Changes from the last report
Motion made and passed to accept report.
Members joining in 2021 will have membership fees waived.
New Business:
The 2021 tentative schedule is posted on the forum. Be sure to check it out. The only changes that happen will be due to COVID related restrictions.
Larry is checking with Leman in Morton to see if they are willing to host our annual inspections. Watch the forum for the decision. Motion was made, and passed for the club to provide food for the inspections, presuming they happen. Make sure to RSVP when the announcement has been made.
Upcoming events: March 20th trip to Badlands
April 2nd-4th Flat Nasty Trip
The house has been reserved for MOAB and the details have been emailed to those going.
In the event the inspections can’t be held Jill will check on Avanti’s availability.
